Hundreds of schools across the country received shipments of BrucePac ready-to-eat meat products suspected of listeria contamination, according to the U.S.D.A.

BrucePac, which produces precooked meat and poultry items, is recalling some products from retailers including Walmart, Target, Aldi, Trader Joe’s and Kroger.
