Suspect in Allentown double homicide charged with first-, second-degree murder
A man was charged Friday afternoon with first- and second-degree murder in the double homicide in Allentown earlier this week. Bryan Monge Chiclana was ordered held without bail after his arraignment in Buffalo City Court. Monge Chiclana, 34, of no permanent address, is accused of killing Michael “Mickey” Harmon, 40, and Jordan Celotto, 37.
