Here is the official starting lineup for Friday night's NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series North Carolina Education Lottery 200 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Rookie Gio Ruggiero won the pole position.

In his first career NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series pole in his 11th start, Gio Ruggiero would post a time of 30.177 seconds at 178.944 mph over Tanner Gray time of 30.215 seconds at 178.719 mph. Starting third is an always race favorite to win Corey Heim who would post a 30.

Keep the All-Star Race in North Wilkesboro another year. NASCAR can then give this historic track in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains a points race in 2027. That could allow NASCAR to move the All-Star Race to Bowman Gray Stadium, giving that track an event in May the week before the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
