Charges have been filed in the incident involving a Pirates fan falling from the stands onto the field during a game against the Chicago Cubs on April 30. Ethan Kirkwood of McKeesport, Pennsylvania has been charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor, according to a report from WTAE.

Dale athletic director Jason Reece confirmed the news to The Oklahoman on Tuesday and said the school is holding interviews for the position.
