Quinterius Chappelle was arrested on a federal charge of second-degree murder in the death of Sahela Sangrait, according to the Pennington County Sheriff's Office.

Twenty-four-year-old Quinterius Chappelle is charged with second-degree murder and made his first court appearance Monday. The body of 21-year-old Sahela Sangrait was found earlier this month.
