Twenty-four-year-old Quinterius Chappelle is charged with second-degree murder and made his first court appearance Monday. The body of 21-year-old Sahela Sangrait was found earlier this month.

Sangrait-Dubray’s remains were discovered by a hiker on March 4 outside of Hill City, around 40 miles from Box Elder. Forensic testing later determined it was Sangrait-Dubray.
