Shaquille O'Neal, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Ernie Johnson are going to have a new home next season when "Inside the NBA" makes the transition to ESPN. So far, it's looking like the show will be very similar to the one beloved by fans.

Shaquille O’Neal has made it clear that he is not going to change at his soon-to-be new network. During an appearance on the “Rich Eisen Show” on Friday, O’Neal once again stood firm on the fact that he and co-host Charles Barkley will not change their personalities for ESPN.

Shaquille O'Neal decided to move on over to ESPN a bit early. O'Neal and his partners at Inside the NBA are moving to the four-letter network next season, but he got a jump on things by showing up on set before Game 1 of the NBA Finals.
