The First State Animal Center and SPCA of Delaware is caring for thousands of baby birds, all rescued from a delivery truck left sitting in the heat for days. Thousands of birds on board died after spending three days on the truck without food or water.
The Delaware Department of Agriculture and First State Animal Center and SPCA have a memorandum of understanding for stray and seized livestock.
