Black Sabbath fans disappointed to miss out on ‘once in a lifetime’ reunion gig - The show in Birmingham will see the band’s original line-up reunite for the first time in 20 years supported by many of the acts they influenced.

It was inevitable. With Villa Park Stadium capable of only holding around 40,000 fans for Black Sabbath's last ever gig, hundreds of thousands of fans were destined to be left disappointed after failing to get a ticket in this morning's general sale.

Today, the remaining tickets go on general sale from LiveNation.co.uk from 10am. On Tuesday, February 11, more people queued for tickets than there are spots at the 40,000-capacity Villa Park. Then on Wednesday, February 12, it was the same again with O2 Priority customers clamoring for a spot.
