The Indianapolis Colts have found their new defensive leader, as they are hiring former Cincinnati Bengals defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo for the role, according to CBS Sports lead NFL insider Jonathan Jones.

The Colts have found their replacement for Gus Bradley at defensive coordinator. And it's an AFC champion one coming over.

The Colts wanted to take the defense in a different direction this offseason.  They wanted to go from the simplicity of Gus Bradley’s scheme to something more multiple and complex, a system that would make life more difficult on opposing quarterbacks.
