Star starters are set! The league's superstars are ready to lead their squads during All-Star Weekend (Feb. 14-16) in a new format which includes four teams battling it out in a mini-tournament. The All-Star reserves will be announced on Jan.

This will be LeBron's 21st season as an All-Star Game starter. LaMelo Ball and Victor Wembanyama did not make the starters cut.

LeBron James and Stephen Curry are always involved with the NBA All-Star Game, and this year is no different. Both superstars have once again been named starters for the 2025 NBA All-Star Game, extending their streak of at least one of them being a starter to 21 years.

Due to Golden State’s disappointing 19-20 record this season paired with their reported lack of willingness to trade for a star to help Curry in the present, it’s more likely than ever that he could ultimately request a change of scenery to fight for a fifth championship.

You know how it goes. Every year fans vote on who they think the starters in the All-Star game should be. That fan vote accounts for 50 percent of the tally. Another 25 percent goes to the players and the final 25 percent goes to media. The NBA adds all that together and brings you the All-Star game starting rosters.

Through that lens, the voters missed on a couple high-profile marks by naming Curry, James and Durant as starters over Anthony Edwards and Victor Wembanyama, both of whom deserved the starter distinction. As noted, two guards have to be named in each conference, so that makes the first one of these debates sort of easy:
