A new lawsuit has surfaced involving Bedford Public Schools in Monroe County, Michigan, accusing the district of covering up sexual misconduct by a former teacher with a student in 2022.

The board voted to reaffirm a decision made in 2023 to construct a new K-8 building in Kenmore to hold two schools.
