The quarterback battle is the story of the offseason for the Cleveland Browns, and rightfully so. It’s a wide-open competition between Kenny Pickett, Joe Flacco, and the two rookies the Browns drafted: Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders.

That leaves the battle between Sanders, 2025 third-round pick Dillon Gabriel, veteran and Super Bowl champion Joe Flacco and offseason acquisition and former first-round pick Kenny Pickett.

Shedeur Sanders said that despite efforts to tear them apart, the quarterbacks in the crowded Cleveland Browns QB room are united.

The Browns drills will likely be broken up into Pickett and Gabriel No. 1 and No. 2 and Flacco and Shedeur Sanders No. 3 and No. 4.

The Giants brought in veterans Jameis Winston and Russell Wilson, kept Tommy DeVito, and then traded up at the end of the first round to select Ole Miss QB Jaxson Dart. The Giants signed Wilson to a one-year deal worth $21 million with $10.5 million guaranteed, which screams starting quarterback money.

The quarterback question will be a big one for the Browns as they enter the 2025 season with a plethora of options at the position.
