A federal civil rights lawsuit has been filed on behalf of U.S. Airman Roger Fortson’s family. Attorney Ben Crump announced it at a press conference on Tuesday.

The Citizen’s Bank Building is now a thing of the past. The building itself has been demolished and the site now has a hole where crews work on the basement level.
