The UEFA Champions League is the most celebrated club tournament in the world, and has been won most-often by Real Madrid, who extended their own record tally by beating Borussia Dortmund at Wembley in 2024. For the 2024-25 season we also see a new format (explained below) as the league phase will bring a totally different look to the tournament.

The UEFA Champions League's knockout phase will kick off on Tuesday, February 11-12 with the return legs to be played the week after, on February 18-19 and will determine the eight teams that will face the first eight sides that already qualified in the League Phase.

This week sees the first leg of the Champions League play-offs (see explanations of this format at the end of the article). Here are the matches to be played on Tuesday and Wednesday. Paris Saint-Germain take on Brest today at Stade Francis-Le Blé at 6:45pm (UTC+1).
