Firefighters in Grant County are urging residents to be cautious and check conditions before conducting controlled burns.

Two local sheriffs have voiced their opposition to the recently passed House Bill 1163 through statements on Facebook.

The Grant County Sheriff’s Office shared Thursday that it has received a $60,000 donation, allowing the expansion of its AED inventory.
