Universal Studios has announced that Art the Clown from the "Terrifier" film series is coming to Halloween Horror Nights.

Three women and one man were arrested Wednesday in connection with a recent string of robberies committed by a duo dubbed the "clown robbers," officials announced Thursday.

They were dubbed the "Clown Robbers" because they not only wore face paint but also clown wigs and noses and polka-dot bow ties.
