The Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q team is accustomed to winning at the Memphis in May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest.

Winners of the annual prize get their mortgage or rent paid for an entire year, and their school gets a $2,500 donation. Runners-up don't go empty handed, either.
