CYPRESS — Cypress High School is making plans for its prom. It takes place on May 29 at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach. Tickets and contracts are available in the activities office.

The first freshmen and sophomore classes that will attend Cypress Ridge High School when it opens at the start of the 2002-03 school year, recently took part in selecting the new school's mascot.
