Jay Schneider, superintendent for Devil's Den State Park, said the campground is closely linked with the park's eight miles of horse trails, and the recent upgrades promise an enhanced experience.

WEST FORK, Ark. — The horse campground at Devil's Den State Park in West Fork has reopened, much to the delight of equestrians eager to return after upgrades to the facilities.

"From those early days, camping in open pastures, to eventually helping build a 3-acre campsite here at Devil's Den, the Cavalcade has grown from just a few riders to over 400 strong," she said.
