SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - Current and former renters at two Springfield affordable housing complexes filed class action lawsuits. The lawsuits center around the Cedarwood Terrace and Rosewood Estates.

Tenants of Cedarwood Terrace and Rosewood Estates filed lawsuits May 27 alleging apartment owners didn't follow the law when leaving the program.

Rockford, Illinois-based RSCC Group is the developer and general contractor of the project in front of Springfield Plaza.
