A court hearing should be held to determine what relief the adopted son of Matt and Glenna Bevin could be entitled to, a judge has ruled.

Attorneys and advocates say suggestions that American-born children of deported parents can return to the United States gloss over the barriers and difficulties families may face.

"How in the world did they get that gun and a loaded gun at that? He was working that gun better than most adults I know," State Senator Nicole Tobiassen said.
