Building an Accessory Dwelling Unit has become much easier in Massachusetts and it may help the housing crisis.

The Westerly at Forge Park, a 280-unit residential complex in Franklin, has been sold for $101 million to DSF Group, a Boston-based real estate investment firm.

Lawton Dodd, Glynn County’s public information officer, said a legal review that began in January by Jenkins, Bowen & Walker, P.C., a planning and zoning law firm, is nearly completed.
