Facebook has swapped the man and woman around in its “friends” icon, because the lady was previously “literally in the shadow of the man”. Before, the man stood in front of the woman.

Winner also redesigned the female icon’s “Darth Vader-like” silhouette, giving it a “slightly more shapely bob” and reconfigured the group friends icon (above) to put women out front.
