A "member of the military" allegedly made a false bomb threat on board a Hawaiian Airlines flight that was preparing to take off from San Diego, police say.

John Stea allegedly told a flight attendant that the passenger next to him had explosives on a Hawaiian Airlines flight departing San Diego on Tuesday.
