A man, who was swimming naked in McGovern Lake in Hermann Park for hours, is taken into custody after being pulled from the water by police in a boat on Monday, July 11, 2016, in Houston.

HOUSTON Hermann Park's lake plaza shut down this week for a $15 million renovation project. The work will require the area be closed during the year long construction project.
