Perry Homes and Westin Homes have joined the lineup of builders in The Groves, a 1,000-acre project of Crescent Communities in northeast Houston.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has sold the Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village hotel to Highland Hospitality for approximately $58.9 million.

Harmony, a Johnson Development Corp. community, is opening model homes from Perry Homes, Westin Homes, Darling Homes and two models from Highland Homes.
