Mark Diaz, 42, of Holly is charged in Oakland County Circuit Court with reckless driving, a misdemeanor, and malicious destruction of property, a felony with a maximum penalty of five years in prison.

Mark Diaz, 42, of Holly showed no emotion as the verdicts were read in front of Oakland County Circuit Judge Leo Bowman. Through his attorney, James Thomas, Diaz declined comment afterward.
