Instagram/Lipton Ice Tea Wednesday morning, not even 24 hours after the initial statement, the iced tea brand posted an update, that "peach is here to stay" -- and it was all a big joke.
What initially seemed to be an announcement from Lipton wound up being an early April Fool's Day prank. Lipton claimed it was getting rid of its peach-flavored ice tea. The story then changed.
