Dozens of fans, faculty, and family members lined up to send off the NJCAA World Series-bound Pearl River Baseball team.

On Wednesday night, the George County Rebels’ bid for back-to-back MHSAA 6A Baseball State Championships came to an end as they fell to the Saltillo Tigers, 1-3, in Game 2.
