The state has set a June 30 deadline for districts to comply with a ban on Native American mascots, team names and logos in public schools.

The colorful 10-foot by 12-foot mural created by Mount Clemens High School’s senior class of 2025 was made possible through a grant received by the Mount Clemens Art Center.
