Police say 19-year-old Promise Cooper was shot and killed on Tuesday while riding in a car with her boyfriend.

The cause of a crash involving a motorcycle and a Midwest City Police vehicle on Monday is under investigation.

At around 8 a.m., police responded to the scene of a crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle belonging to the Midwest City Police Department near Southeast 29th Street and South Westminster Road.
