The logo of Yeh’s newest cookbook, called ”Sweet Farm,” is featured on 4-pound bags of Crystal Sugar, produced by Moorhead-based American Crystal Sugar.

Nick Hagen met his wife, Molly Yeh, when he was studying music at Juilliard School. He runs a 220-acre sugar beet farm, from which his wife uses the ingredients to cook for her Food Network series.
