CRAIG COUNTY, Okla. — Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) says a trooper has been terminated after he was charged with forcible oral sodomy and sexual battery following a traffic stop in Craig County.

OHP Trooper Daniel Martin has been suspended without pay for five working days beginning Wednesday and will conclude on Tuesday, July 28th. Trooper Martin will also report for an anger assessment.
