A church community in Sheboygan came together Tuesday evening to remember Jay and Nicole Horne, who were killed in a wrong-way crash in Port Washington.

Carl attended Oostburg High School and later married ... Carl was a faithful member of Grace Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Sheboygan where he served as a trustee and groundskeeper.
