To use the pencil sketch artistic effect in Word, you need to insert the image first in your Word document. Then, switch to the Picture Format tab in the toolbar and find the Artistic Effects option.

If you want to insert icons in Word, open the Word document, and select Insert > Icons from the top Ribbon. Select the icons you want, then choose Insert in the lower right.
