PACE, Fla. -- The Florida Department of Law enforcement says the owners of Pace Pharmacy have a long criminal history. They are accused of running a pill mill that generated millions of dollars.

Two separate pill mill investigations, one that began in 2020 and another dating back to around 2001, both led agents to Stephen Burklow's pharmacies.

Stephen Burklow, Monique Burklow and David Barron Winkles allegedly trafficking over 48 pounds of oxycodone, and more than 57 pounds of hydrocodone.
