This month marks 45 years since WLVQ-FM 96 signed on. For local classic rock fans, Feb. 14, 1977 heralded an exciting new format that would become a power player and mainstay on Columbus radio.

David “DaveMan” Bjorklund is returning to WLVQ-FM in Columbus, OH. He hosted middays at the Columbus Radio Group station from 1994-2006. “Many, many years ago, Qfm96 let a good one get away.

Columbus Radio Group’s Qfm96 announced the passing of afternoon on-air personality and Columbus radio icon, Joe Pasternak, better known to the radio world as "Joe Show." He was 56.
