WAPPINGERS FALLS, N.Y. – The Wappingers Central School District has reversed the decision that blocked a Roy C. Ketcham High School freshman from forming a religious club at the school.

Schools in the Wappingers Central School District will be open Monday, despite officials learning of two threats at Roy C. Ketcham High School and Wappingers Junior High School Thursday.
