Distraught parents and teachers gathered at the Riebeeckstad High School, in Welkom, on Wednesday morning after the bus accident which claimed the lives of six schoolgirls on Tuesday.

The bus in which Riebeeckstad High School pupils were travelling on Tuesday afternoon overturned on the R70, claiming the lives of six pupils and injuring 48 others.
