The Trout and Buck fires have been burning across thousands of acres of land in southwest New Mexico since last week.

Further evacuations were ordered Tuesday evening for a pair of wildfires burning in Grant County and Lincoln County.

The Trout Fire is now burning 38,682 acres north of Silver City. Officials say that the fire is currently 0% contained.
