New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued an advisory noting that students who have not attended regular schools will not be allowed to take Class 12 board exams.
The CBSE is actively working to curb the issue of "dummy schools" and is considering amendments to its examination bye-laws to prevent these students from appearing for the board exams.
As students walk through the doors at Mount Royal Elementary\Middle School, they're greeted by a now award-winning principal, Steve Skeen. "I want them to feel joy," Skeen told 11 News.
According to a source, letters have been sent to over 10 schools in Ahmedabad, and details about student accommodations will be sent to the CBSE board, after which the admission process will begin.
