The Los Angeles Dodgers gave out a Shohei Ohtani bobblehead on Thursday showcasing their superstar stealing a base, in celebration of his unprecedented 50-50 season in 2024. He flashed the other part of that accomplishment during the game, cranking two homers in the span of two innings.

Shohei Ohtani had a monster game on Thursday night as the Los Angeles Dodgers blew out the Athletics 19-2 at Dodger Stadium. Ohtani hit home runs in back-to-back innings to move into a tie for the league lead during the victory.

Shohei Ohtani had quite a game on his bobblehead night. Two home runs, six runs.Then Jhonny Pereda struck him out.The Athletics’ backup catcher faced Ohtani in the eighth inning Thursday night. Pereda gave up three straight hits against the bottom of the Dodgers’ order.
