Nike’s lawsuit, filed in a California federal court Monday, accuses Drip Creationz of trademark infringement and dilution, as well as counterfeiting and other charges, The Fashion Law reports.
In the lawsuit, Nike alleges that Drip Creationz is selling counterfeit Nike products, most notably “knockoff Air Force 1-style shoes,” that infringe on its trademark and iconic Swoosh logo.
Official documents note that Nike has launched claims that Drip Creationz has profited off of “knockoff Air Force 1-style shoes” that infringe on its trademark and signature Swoosh logo.
