St Peter's Community Primary School in Portslade will not reopen after the summer holidays as Brighton & Hove City Council agreed to close it. It comes amid falling pupil numbers in the area.

It comes months after councillors voted in favour of plans to shut two other primary schools in the city - St Peter's in Portslade and St Bartholomew's in Brighton - due to excess places.
