A lawsuit stemming from a book banning policy in the St. Francis school district has been settled, and the books will return to shelves.

Malachy McNulty, 39, Summerhill, Beladd, Portlaoise, Co Laois faces charges in relation to alleged theft and fraud offences at St Francis School, Portlaoise on dates in 2017 and 2018.
