The Cincinnati Bengals still have a path to state funding in the latest version of Ohio's budget. But revisions in the final budget could make it harder to claim the $350 million they're seeking.

The Ohio Senate approved the measure 23-10 while the House approved it a short while later, 59-38. The budget now heads to the desk of Gov. Mike DeWine, who wields a line-item veto, the last obstacle between the Browns and the sought-after state cash.
