STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Gov. Kathy Hochul on Wednesday launched a new website to assist New York schools with the statewide plan to ban cellphones in class.

The panel highlighted the critical issue of how thousands of borough residents — particularly those in historically marginalized communities — struggle daily to access affordable, nutritious food.
