LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Mayor Craig Greenberg and Louisville Metro Police (LMPD) Chief Paul Humphrey met with Highlands residents to find solutions after two weekends of street takeovers and several fights.

The response comes after last weekend’s unrest, when a crowd swelled into the street, sparking multiple fights.
