The Syracuse City Planning Commission reviewed plans for a 13-story hotel on the edge of the Syracuse University's campus.

Syracuse, N.Y. — As part of a continuing project to increase and improve student housing near its main campus, Syracuse University today announced plans to build two new residence halls, or dorms.
